Here’s what you’ll learn in Career Accelerator:

• Module #1: Identify. The first module is about understanding your unique skill set and how it overlaps with needs in the job market. You’ll find out how to assess the opportunities that will really get your career going — and which ones you can simply ignore.
• Module #2: Your Resume & Accomplishments. Module two is all about constructing and organizing your resume and LinkedIn profile so that they showcase your skills in the best possible way. 
• Module #3: Pre-Promotion Actions. Module three is about putting yourself in the right position to make your move. What do you need to learn? Who do you need to know? You’ll find out the kind of on-the-job training, shadowing, courses, or mentorship that can make your next step a no-brainer.
• Module #4: Networking & Presence. You’ll learn how networking can become useful to you — and how meeting people doesn’t have to be too awkward. Discover your confidence and learn the most effective actions for follow-up.
• Module #5: Negotiate. Most people are really stumped by negotiation — but the truth is that we negotiate every day! Learn the tools and tactics you already possess, as well as some new skills, so that you can get the job offer, raise, or bonus that you want.
